Decadent Delights....

I still remember laying awake the night before my birthdays when I was a child, knowing that my mother was downstairs desperately trying to create my desired Birthday Cake. I was fascinated
that a mixing bowl of ingredients could end up looking like anything my imagination wanted it
to be!

A friend made my wedding cake for me and seeing this beautiful creation made me
determined to give the art of cake decorating a go. I just knew it would be something I
would enjoy and be good at. I started having lessons at Inspired Creations and fell in
love with the art of cake decorating straight away. Every aspect of it interests me,
from initial design to the creation of the end product.

My interests expanded to include handmade chocolates, and with further
instruction from Inspired Creations, I moved into this delicious field as well,
designing chocolate boxes filled with edible treasures, as well as luxury gift
wrapped boxes of assorted chocolates and cookies.

I still attend classes to continue to grow my knowledge base and perfect my skills
ensuring that I am always able to offer the best of services to my customers.
